I would like to recommend Kensington Bird and Animal Hospital in Kensington Connecticut. They are very knowledgeable about chins, and I have been having a great experience with them treating my chin with malo.

I definitely agree. I had another office with 3 different "chin" vets tell me that my chin was dying. I took him to Kensington and not only did they treat him like a pet instead of a specimen, Dr. C figured out that he was just sick from the Baytril the other vet had given him and he's fine.
