Jimmy is very fluffy. He has very thick, plush fur. I think because he's been in the spotlight so much and because he has a little defect it's been easy to forget that he was born in a litter of quads (all the siblings are alive and weaned ). He's also from a high quality pair of chinchillas. His dad is a reserve grand show champion beige and his mom is a 1st place eb white. He's from good lines and I would be surprised if he doesn't get his dad's super thick fur.

I got to cuddle and play with Jimmy yesterday. He really is the cutest LITTLE thing. Clearly the camera is adding 10 grams, because he he so widdle, you just want to eat him up. He fits perfectly in the palm of my hand. I think I need him and I really wanted to bring him home with me.

I forgot to take my camera, but did take a few photos and videos with Tab's camera. Photos next to my iPhone for size reference (I figured Sandi would appreciate that :laughitup: ) and a video of him climbing out of the dust bath (he did that for the first time while I was there). He scampers about so fast and it's so funny to watch his little butt wiggle. He reminds me of one of those old wind up cars with the key in the back. You put him down and off he zooms with his wiggly butt. :kiss:

When I was getting ready to leave, Tab made sure she was always between me and Jimmy's carrier. It's like she didn't trust me or something. :cry3:
