Just wanting to know if your two mama's gave birth yet. My stray momma has given birth a few days ago to 8 kittens! One of them died 2 days ago, but she still has quite the litter to deal with. She gave birth to them at the house, and yesterday moved them somewhere into our wooded property. She'll bring them back around 6 weeks to eat the dry food I provide. Hope your momma's are doing well.

Nothing yet... they both look like you could pop them with a pin!
One of them has a LOT of milk coming in (you can actually feel it under her skin), and they are both the size and shape of incredibly large pears...

Congrats on your new babies!! :)

YAY!!! BABY TIME!!!

Soxie gave us 5 beautiful babies today. There are 3 gray babies, 1 tiger baby, and one black baby with a white face! They are SUPER cute!!

Here are pics so far (don't mind the blood):

Adorable babies! What are the plans for the them & the next litter? Boy, it sure is kitten season.

I got pictures of my stray momma's babies before she moved them. I'm on the wrong computer. I'll show pictures of her 8 babies tomorrow.

Your kittens are adorable, as all kittens are. Hopefully they continue to thrive over the next couple of weeks, and then their eyes will open. You'll notice some of the newborns will even try to hiss at you if you pick them up. Their mouths open but no hissing sound comes out. It's too cute. I'm constantly petting them and talking to them so the know me when their eyes open. Hopefully your momma #2 has her babies soon.

Soxie is doing great. She is so proud of her babies, she'll stand there with her paws on the box while we pet them and talk to them and just purr up a storm. We tell her what a good momma she is and she just head butts us!! She is being great with Momma cat too (it was her name before she was pregnant). I don't think we'll have two litters... I think we'll have one big litter with two different mommas!!

I will take more pics as they grow!!

Awww they are so cute! Congrats and glad mom is doing well :)

Jennybug - I just wanted to share my momma's babies born a few days before yours. What little bundles of joy! There are 8 babies here - that's a huge litter for poor momma.

Awww, what cute little babies!!! Momma must be so proud!
I changed the liners in their box yesterday, and Soxie was so good! She let me handle them and just sat back and let me do the work. Still no babies from our other momma yet, but she has to be close!!

These kittens will be adopted out to friends and family. Both mommas will be spayed as soon as the kittens are weaned, then they will be adopted out as well. We would like to keep the mommas, but we already have two indoor cats in addition to 3 chinchillas and 3 chameleons, so we don't have the room. They deserve to go to a home where they can be outside and cuddle up in bed with their owners!

I miss being able to put my hand on a pile of kittens and get sucked on/snuggled on/kicked and just generally take in the cuteness (Taller Half is cat allergic or I'd probably be a foster mom for pregnant SPCA cats or something). Thanks for sharing, both of you!

If you could please drop those sweet little calicos in a box and send them my way I'd appreciate it. So cute!

Close-ups!

Here are some close-up shots of the babies and a family portrait. They are growing every day!

I know she looks demon-possessed, but Soxie is a very sweet momma cat!!

Momma is very pretty! I'm sure you'll have no problems adopting all of them out. Is the other momma still expecting? She must be ready to pop!
