Does anyone know anything about these Treadmill Wheel its a metal flying saucer this is the site http://www.exoticnutrition.com/trwhla14in.html 2 of my chins like this style wheel. Would like to know if anyone has tried this particular wheel before I buy. Thanks!

I tried it and it fell apart in no time. Doesn't hold up with a chin's activity

Try the metal Flying saucer. They are great, hold up well and are easily repaired if the bearings go out. You can order it from Quality Cages, Company.

bad for hips?

I've heard the plastic one is bad for their hips. Does anyone know anything about this. I'm curious as to why the plastic flying saucers are bad for their hips if the metal ones aren't.

I don't know why the plastic one are bad for the hips. However chins do NOT like to use the plastic ones - they are too unstable. Also chins will and do chew plastic - not good for their digestive system. The chewed plastic can block their intestinal system.
