i have being introducing two chinchillas together through seperate cage's near each other and one of them has bitten the other ones toe. There was bleeding but its stopped now but the toe is hanging off but skin still attached, He keeps pulling at it i suppose to try and bite it off maybe? He seems fine as he has being running around and eating but he's keeping the wounded foot tucked underneath him. I dont know what to do and i have no emergency vet in my area as its 2 in the morning where i am. Please give me sum advice???? will the toe be ok and heal on its own or will i need further help, what can i do???

As long as the bleeding has stopped your chinnie should be fine until morning. He's probably in a lot of pain and may need some pain meds and antibiotics to prevent infection. If it's hanging by a piece of skin then it's probably not going to be saved. Even if there was a vet open, they don't reattach chinnie toes like they would a human limb. Chin toe accidents happen all the time, especially with intros. I'd keep an eye on him and make sure that he doesn't lose blood (that the bleeding doesn't restart) and all should be good until am. You really only have a couple of hours until the vet opens when you think about it. Bring him in in the morning. I hope evrything goes well. Hopefully there will be others that can give more helpful advice. For the future though, I always keep stypic powder on hand- it's used by vets and groomers in case animals get cut with grooming. They sell it right at the pet store. It's good to have for emergencies.
