Heehee... Phoebe appears she's just dipping in a foot rather daintily. Just a touch of yummy on the footsie.
Mine prefers to use her veggie dish like a slip-n-slide: sniff veggies in the air, run, run, run to the dish, plow in with both front feet, sliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide, eat. Depending on the veggie treat, I find little green or orange or yellow paths winding through her home.

It's Wellness brand canned chicken cat food. Unfortunately it's the only thing she'll eat! I keep a bowl of fresh kibble in her cage in the hope that someday she'll try it, but so far the only thing that meets with her approval is this specific kind of wet food. She's quite the little diva!
