So I stop the the local petstore every once in a while to check of fun treats or toys for the girls. This time I found a percious baby boy. I suppose he is a bv but his fur is no where near as thick or dark as Nyx who you can bounce quarters off of and she would never know. But his is much softer and fluffier and seems to have a bit of chocolate brown fur behind his ear and on one hind leg. Very striking, I've just never head of or seen a mosaic with a white belly, the black mask and then some chocolate spots.
He is such a sweet heart! The woman knows I have chins and so she got him out. (She wants me to buy all her chins...) And he just sat there and loved me. Making the happy squeak noise while I scritched his face. I must half walked around the store holdng him for 10 mins before he got wiggley.
A college kid had dropped him off when they realized they aren't as cheap as say a mouse or hamster, and they need way more attention. I would bring him home in an instant if he was a girl. He's just a baby, about the size of Pia who was born in May.
But I want to bring him home soooo bad!!! But no boys for me!

Black velvets can sometimes have fur that looks brown..no idea why! But there is no such thing as a brown, black, and white mosaic...I wish there was!
