Wow I'm sorry to hear about your struggles with Penny. I hope she's doing better these days. How's the malo doing? Honestly, thats my biggest fear, but I suppose it is for every chin owner.
That does suck about the vet though. It's frustrating because most really don't know much about chins. I've been to i think 4 where I live, and finally decided to just find the best one around even if he is like 2 hours away. I am glad i did because I do trust him very much. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough.
Hmm, so Buckie's had one more day since the original post that he had a little watery eye going on. It never progressed into an infection though. But yea, I mean I guess with your chin, just keeping the eye flushed and clean would help. And yea i bet that did take a whle to find eye drops. The salt part I thinkis pretty normal, I mean its not like table salt or whatever. Its just minerals basically. Thats the difference for people when u rinse ur eyes with water versus eye drops. Otherwise, alot of them have preservatives and such in them that chinny eyes might be sensitive to.
