stoped eating

I thought that Scooter was eating less. now it seems he is eating very lil. what should I do. Vet said he is a lil thin. But seems to be ok. I would like to get him back to his plump (not fat) self is there anything i can feed him what should I do?

If he's thin, then your vet should try and figure out why he's thin, not just tell you. Does he have a parasite? Are his teeth bad? Does he have a respiratory infection?

What kind of pellet do you feed? Do you offer loose hay? What's your water source? Do you feed treats, and if so, what kind?

Is he still pooping normally? What are his poops like? Is he drinking? Is he urinating? Is he normally active? Do you have a wheel in his cage? How old is he?

If chins can eat they will eat, chin needs a complete exam including a dental exam under gas w/ x-rays to determine what is wrong.

he did look at his teeth and his poop is smaller then it was. Oxbow and he gets hay every day he is 5 yr bottle water Raleys brand. we didnt do a Xray

Did the vet put the chin under for a oral exam?
