Would like your opinion on the following.
In a health store I have found organic Sprouted Ground Flax with Bleuberries or Cranberries.
The only ingredients are the Bleuberries or Cranberries with the Flax. On the package it says the following:
Antioxidants and Phythonutrients
Omega 3 Essential Fatty Acids
Increased Enzymes and Amino Acids
Increased Vitamins and Minerals
Increased Bioavailability
Lignans and Fibre
Gluten and Lactose Free
GMO Free
Certified organic
In a 10g serving you have:
Total Fat 3.0g
Saturated Fat .20g
Polyunsaturated Fat 2.3g
Monounsatured Fat .5g
Trans Fat .0g
Sodium 4.5g
Carbohydrates 4.4g
Dietary Fiber 2g
Sugar Bleuberry < 1.3g and Cranberry 1g
Protein 2g
Vitamine C
Calcium
Iron
My question is, is this something you would put in a supplement or give as a treat?
thanks in advance for everyone who choses to input on this.
