I highly recommend Old Marple Veterinary Hospital in Springfield, Delaware County. We've gone there a few times with emergencies, and they did wonderfully. We had a chin, only a few weeks old, that had to be put under and have his leg amputated, and they did an amazing job.
(And they do have multiple chin experienced doctors)
