Many of you know my beloved Jackpot. Here are the last of the females born here from him, they will be staying to help continue his legacy.

Here are some photos!

These girls all have grown up together in the a colony, and their weights are: 452, 568, 662, 648 in various order, lol.

Beautiful girls! I'm sure they'll do a wonderful job carrying on in his footsteps!

Aww, I love V107. She has a pretty face! I'm glad you have them to remember him by.

I lost Jackpot this last fall. He was my favorite chin, and will always be missed. I've not even gotten the heart to move his girls out of their colony yet although they are some of my top standards here. Jackpot was about two years old when I pulled him out of a breeding run and hauled him off to a show as is, yet he took Reserve Color Class Champ and would have been third best if they would have had third best at the show, and that was with no show prep. Jackpot was bred by Cathy Kane of Kansas City Chinchillas, telling her was the hardest chin phone call I'd ever had to make, we both loved him so much. He was not just a pretty face, he had the best personality too, which he passes on to his kits.

One of his sons Bamboozled, he took 3 firsts including a third best, and a first at Nationals:

A daughter Luxor, she took a first and third best at Boone and she was way out of prime:

She has her dad's face, same markings:

I had to break out Snoopy and Luna's pedigrees to see if they were related to Jackpot. He's their grandpa on their mom's side! No wonder they've got such fun-loving personalities. =) Jackpot's legacy lives on in this household too!! =D

I love Luxor! She's my favorite. I remember when you lost your boy. Glad you have the babies to carry on his genetic line. Best of luck with them. Luxor can visit Virginia anytime she wants. I think I could arrange a date with my standard boy Jesse. ( wink wink )

So sorry you lost Jackpot! I remember Bamboozled from a while ago and how awesome he is and 107 is absolutely adorable!

Wow your Jackpot was gorgeous! I'm sorry about your loss last year, I wasn't really on the other forum that much and I don't know how he passed but just looking at Luxor, I thought it was the same chin. All of your chins are beautiful.
