I downloaded the Left 4 Dead 2 demo while I was back in Houma. So far I love what I see, I know many of you have a P3 instead of the x360, but if any of you PC'd the first game, the second is worth looking in to. One of my favorite new toys in the projectiles (pipebomb/Molotov, etc.) is the bio hazard jar of boomer bile. My least favorite character of L4D is the boomer (even on VS--i just can't seem to get the range everyone else has with it), however, covering zombies to attack each other is LOADS of fun. Think giddy school girl. I haven't tried it yet, but you can def hit a tank with a jar and the zombies will go after it! This game is known to have more melee weapons Dead Rising style. Example: the guitar. Now that's fun to knock heads off with...ok, i love L4D, but on to another game.

Fable II- kinda old (not really, but very last season). I've done almost everything to be done (i don't have a few 'evil' achievements because..really I didn't want my character to get ugly...but I had to give up my youth to be good so >_<). But I'm preparing for Fable III so I'm restarting (FableIII begins mostly with how you treated you're kids-the next gen..and well, to be completely honest I was kinda "around"--with achievements for mulitlpe "parties" well...so i have kids i rarely see, with fathers that I give the minimum support to, just so they won't divorce me [I'm happliy married to all my babies daddy, don't judge me!].) So I just want to start fresh make sure I have to best start for industrial (not sure how I feel about that..) Albion in Fable III.

On another note: Boardlands. I was uninterested at first, but after reading that the game generates any where from 7 million to 17 million weapons I jumped on board. The biggest downside is this game is meant for co-op and multiplayer (up to 4 online). The more people you have the better, however, you need to try to play with the same people as much as possible so you don't lvl up differently. you're lvl 7 will die in seconds in your friends lvl37 world. If however your going to be going solo more often then not the best choice of the four characters for you will be the soldier-the most rounded character... This game is fun, but make sure you only pick up the ammo you need because you can't give your teammates any.

And of course: Left 4 Dead 2--Nov 17 Assassins Creed 2--Nov 17.... I'm probably going to go L4D first, and break for AC2 (if i play one game for too long ADD sets in.. lol)

Left 4 Dead is one of the few games I have played, so I am very excited for L4D2! However, I do think they could have just made it an expansion instead of making a whole new game. And it looks a lot more cartoony than the first, specifically with the new zombies. The special infected in the first looked pretty much mostly human, but the new ones look really distorted. That's the only thing that bothers me, is how goofy they look. That being said, I'm really looking forward to it!

I have to disagree. It's so much larger than the first one. It's also more realistic. The zombies actually break apart like a rotten corpse should when being beaten with a guitar. ^_^ such beautiful music. I'm also more inclined to enjoy the 2nd one more because it ends in NOLA, and playing THE PARISH, I can see that they've really done they're research, which I'm such they did well because the developer's 2nd favorite city is NOLA and he claims during the zombie apocalypse the port of New Orleans could be used to load people onto ships (NOLA's line of cruise ships and the states vast amount of casino boats) to evacuate into the Gulf to wait out the infection. ^_^ if that ever becomes the case, rest assured I will drive the 45mins in 30 to be the first one on board.

As the look of the new infected, the Charger is like a mini tank with 1 gimp arm. The Spitter, well, she was supposed to be one of those skanky "hot" girls (note the low-rise jeans w/protruding pink thong underlining a tramp stamp) and, sadily, no matter how vain you are in life becoming a zombie has the same effect on everyone. Mindless, flesh-eating, rotting, monster. Her weirdest feature is her neck, but I've seen humans with fairly long necks, the game just accentuates that. As for the Jockey. All his life he's spent hunched over a horse, I can see the reasonable stretch to humpback hooligan.

The first one was good, all L4d2 is doing is improving on the few flaws in the first one.
Playing the demo, I've only found 1 flaw so far and thats the melee timing. Somethings I have the reload circle from VS pop up. =( I hope that's not in game.

Oh wow, now that you mention all of that I guess it does make sense to make an entire new game! I didn't know they were improving on so much. The new zombies kind of disturbed me at first glance but I can see how their back stories could influence the looks. I haven't had a chance to play the demo -- my boyfriend downloaded it but it wouldn't end the first level. And I guess it would have to be a lot more realistic seeing as it is during the daytime.

It comes out tomorrow! Can't wait to get my hands on it.

Wow, that game is hard, until you learn all the routes to go. And it just makes things so much easier with a team on mics. Jeremy and I went get it at midnight (amongst the lucky people for Assassins Creed II, I didn't finish ACI so I feel unworthy of ACII) and the code for the bat.
At 12:06am we started the DEAD CENTER on co-op and finished it easy enough on normal. The the next day, while Jeremy was at work I began the Dark Carnival. I played with 2 other guys (with other players popping in and out) beginning on normal. We finished it 3 hours later on easy.
The other campaigns didn't take so long, but that one was just so frustrating because we kept dying before the finale. But we also got the Gnome achievement. ^_^

I have since gotten much better at maneuvering through the new mazes.
