So this is a new and scary thing.

See this little demon eyed chinchilla?

Do you see that latch right there? She figured out how to move it with her teeth and paws. She's not strong enough to actually get it to click. The only top bars she was chewing were those. She knows the latches open the carrier.

Those little ears are like shark fins of mischief.

This is her filing her teeth down on her wheel, while it's moving.

It's amazing how smart they are! Or maybe we just tend to underestimate them? ;]

Cinnamon looks so adorable and sweet. Vincenza...well we've all read about her mischievious self and it doesn't surprise me she could figure out the carrier latch! Naughty but beautiful girl!

I put safety latches on my FN's because of the door issue (sometimes they don't close all the way) and Tami knows how to unlatch them.

Thankfully she's not strong enough to get the spring loaded front door, or the top latches. But she's figured it out :O

Cinnamon is a total little doll. I don't think she's done much human grooming before, she's trying but is doing it kind of hard.

She's so mellow!

We have her downstairs with us now and she seems to like it.

When I had my girl Leela, she could get her cage doors open, and get out, and let the boys out of their cage. Nothing like coming home from work and finding empty cages. We put carabiner clips on all the doors after that. She would get mad and open the door as much as the clip would let her and then slam it down.
