Sleep

I'm a new hedgehog owner, just curious.. is it normal that my little guy sleeps alot? I've had him for three days, and the first night he was awake running around, then the next day he slept for like 17 hours... Now he's fine and getting into a more normal sleeping habit.. just want to make sure everythings fine and hes just tired

They do tend to sleep a lot when they are younger. Most of mine sleep for about 14-16 hours so not unusual at all. Of course still refer to our answers to your post under behaviour/anatomy.
