so i pulled them moms looking a bit perkier but not much her nips are hard as rocks anyway to relieve this pressure? kits seem to be doing fine thanx for the advice.

Maybe you need to put compresses on them. IDK read about mastitis. Maybe thats why she feels bad?

Mom is still producing milk. They will be hard for a few days. That is normal. I know when I was breast feeding and stopped, my ****s got really sore and firm. Within 48 hours the swelling went away. If she is eating and drinking I would just watch it.
