Silver Surfer Wobbles?

I bought a Silver Surfer and noticed it doesn't quite roll right. It's hard to explain but when it spins it doesn't really do it straight as such. It's attached securely to the cage and does it when we take it out and spin it on the floor.

Is it supposed to be like this or should we send it back?

I emailed the company when I got mine because it was doing the same thing. They told me how to straighten it out and its been fine ever since!

Well, this is a total bust. I think I might return it and get my money back. I doubt one will come that's actually in good shape

It isn't normal? I think all of mine do. Maybe that's why it's so noisy?

Ours rattles the side of the cage. We managed to get a lot of the wobble out but it was pretty bent out of shape (ME TOO BY THE END OF IT.)
