shaking?

Ive noticed this a few times before with gizmo, he did it tonight- sometimes when I pick him up and face him towards me he does this weird shaking motion, almost like hes scared? Once I put him down he is completely normal. Has anyone seen this before in their chins? Hes only done it afew times and I pick him up all the time... any idea?

yes, when i first started taking richie out to handfeed him, he did the same thing......i would call him my little bobble head!

yeah its weird, why do you think they do that? Ive had gizmo a year now and im with him 24/7, hes practically attached to my hip, so I know hes not afraid. Whatcha think its from?

I have a girl that does that. She has been here since birth, so, no, she's not afraid, but she does look like she's terrified. I have no idea why she does it, except maybe that she wants to be on the floor to run around.

My chinchilla is 8 years old and ever since i got her she shakes like that. It is completely normal for her to do when you pick her up and after a minute or so she stops and is fine. I've asked before why they do it but no one really knows.

Poppy trembles and shakes when I pick her up to take her to the playroom. She's definitely not frightened of me, so I've always assumed she is just excited to be going out!
