Mom and I got together for our Tuesday and she did the kitchen! An amazing job! What I wanted to do really would not have worked at all above the cupboards--I wanted the garland and decorative vinegar/oil bottles AND wine bottles for flip sake! I bow to the master! Here is the garland we put up on the cupboards:

we had a bit extra and it was my idea to put in on the back of my bakers rack/island AND mom thought it was a good idea!

Fake fruit/bread we got as well! This is monumental that she liked it! I am a freak for the fake fruit stuff especially grapes. She made me throw all my old grapes out yet today actually bought me grapes lol! I said we should call the Pope to have it witnessed a miracle. Anyway it looks great out as decoration on the bakers rack, grapes, bread, eggplants and zucchini! And we love our fat chef guy!

This is a plate we bought with me thinking it would go above the cupboards with the garland, it was way too tall

I loved it though but thought for sure it would have to go back. NOPE! Sandy to the rescue she put it here and it looks great!

Also bought this chianti wine picture to go above cupboards and again too big! But it looks darn good on the top of the refrigerator! and here are some empty bottles to go with it!
