Dr. Cecil has worked on several of the rescue's chins, he also works on some of the guinea pigs. He is the doctor that removed the surgical staple that was embedded in Lily's stomach lining after she thoughtfully removed it from her stump after amputation. He also worked with me on Sparky when he had stasis.
