I got an order from SamiJami of some absolutely awesome hanging toys and some chinchillers. My girls love their toys...I hope to get a picture of them chomping away on them soon! Sami even threw in a free toss toy :thumbsup: Unfortunately, the chillers arrived broken. Sami was good enough to ship me three more chillers free of cost. I guess my mailman is extra rough with packages because despite very careful shipping, the chillers were again broken! Sami gave me a FULL refund of the chillers despite having spent extra money on shipping and chillers. Though I didn't get my chillers, this experience was another wonderful one with a CnH seller!

Hmmm...did you wrap the chin-chillers up in anything to prevent them from breaking in transit, like newspaper?

I think our post office plays soccer with the packages too. I've given up on ordering breakable items. It doesn't matter if you write 'fragile' all over the box, they always arrive beaten up.

I did wrap them in bubble wrap. Before I ever shipped one, I packed one in a medium flat rate and dropped it on my couch, 2 feet off the floor, and kicked it about around my living room. It emerged just fine. Apparently, my tests are not as harsh as the post office's abuse. I've got a large order of chillers. I'm going to do even more, and get insurance! It just doesn't make sense.

The post office and fedex and ups are all REALLY mean to packages. I know someone who works for them over the holidays and he said it doesn't matter if it's marked fragile, they still throw them across the room and drop them on the concrete floor and everything. airport baggage handlers are exactly the same way (i've witnessed them)

Hi Sami! The foot toys are a hit with my guys.I'm trying to give them each a little something to keep them occupied during the day with the room remodel going on. I figure it might help the stress of being in a different room/hammer/saw etc noise from the other room.They must be pretty p****d off cause all five had theirs totally demolished by lunchtime yesterday after getting a new one that morning!:thumbsup:

Awwww! Sorry to hear about the chillers...I know that some packages can end up in awful states...So annoying! Grr! Makes you wonder!

I'm glad to hear they were of good use. Ezio bites the pumice off of them, while Altair unties the knots. I love the destruction patterns!!!
