Does any know if anything is wrong with the Rich or Jan Ryerson. I have emailed them several times in the last 2 weeks with any order that I want delivered to the State College PA show and have not heard back. I am starting to get panicky

Sometimes they get busy and don't check email. Have you tried calling them?

I called and spoke to Jan last Thursday and she shipped out my order the following day. I would suggest to call them as well.
