Rosehip Powder?

Awhile back I chin sat for a woman while she was out of town. In addition to paying, she gave me extra goodies she had lying around. Included in the items was what she told me 'rosehip powder'. It was a very fine powder and almost looked like cinnamon. My chinchillas went CRAZY when I sprinkled it over their food. I'm beginning to run low, and now I can't seem to find it anywhere! And unfortunately I've lost touch with the woman, so I can't ask her. If anyone knows where I can get it, please please please let me know!!

Just a note, its not just regular crushed rosehip flakes, its actually a fine powder.

I used to mix a little in my handfed chins food.
