Rose Hips, Pink Rosebuds and an unknown as treats

I purchased a bunch of chin stuff of CL and along with it all came a few tupperware full of chin treats. Before I feed any, I want to find out a) that they are safe and b) how much/often they should be given.

I only feed my chins pellets and hay, and I occasionally treat with shredded wheat or slow cooker oats. I know rose hips are safe but I don't know how much/ how often and I don't know anything about the other two. I am including pics.

And here are the Pink Rosebuds (I know what these are because the container was labeled. They smell really good.

They're all rose petals/buds. You could probably do a pinch every few days or so. They're used a lot in herbal supplements, etc. but are used as treats too. I give adult chins a full bud every few weeks or so, but I change up treats so they don't get the same stuff all the time.
