I decry loud babies all the time, but I would never have one devocalized.
Anyway, I wouldn't buy from a breeder who debarks all their dogs. I don't like the idea of such procedures except in extreme circumstances.
Devocalize! That's the word I was looking for!
Either way, it is a cruel practice and should never be done, IMO!
