Here's the two new ones from today. Again, a beige and a standard, but two males. More importantly the birth went perfectly with the babies being perfect and the mother coming through it perfectly. No one could ever ask for a more perfect pregnancy and delivery.

The beige was 62 grams and the standard was 60 grams after they dried. (I always have larger babies born this time of year and in the winter months.)

They are even more active than Audrey and Agnes were. These are wiggly little boppers. I love them both...they are so amazingly wonderful...but then again all baby chins are pretty amazing. :D

They just wouldn't hold still... I think that they overcooked and that they're really a week old. :D I probably won't be able to get a clear picture of either of them until they are bribeable with a treat to get them to hold still.

Wiggly little wigglets... Their mama is in love with them now...I love that. She's been singing to them all night. :) (meaning she just so very faintly squeaks to them to keep them calm and comfy.)

It really is very special to see the chins being born! This is the second litter in a week that I was RIGHT there and got to see everything. Last year was so hard around this time because I had a girl that had the babies pass away before they were born so she had a really rough time. This has been wonderful having big healthy babies with no problems and the mothers come through perfectly. Honestly, I don't know why anyone wants to do what I do! It's great when it goes well, but absolute **** when it does not.

They're climbing up the sides of the cage and dive bombing their mom and dad now. I put the dad back in and the babies are thrilled to death, they LOVE their daddy and daddy popcorns all the time.

Don't you just love that adult chins LOVE baby chins? Well, most of them do. Most of them think that a baby chin is the most amazing thing ever, even better than a treat or a new toy. :)
