I've noticed that our chin has one ear that is redder than the other, with the veins more pronounced. He has had a dry ridge on the top of that ear which we've been putting vasoline on for the past 3-4 weeks (the doctor informed us that this was alright.) When the doctor checked him, roughly three weeks ago, she said he was perfectly fine, including his ears. The room he is in is a regular temperature, not hot. Any ideas?
