Those are adorable! At least I will have a cute story to tell people, and now the top part of the nail is going to fall of so I won't be able to get a fake nail. People stare at my finger when they talk to me, it is really funny. It is hanging on by a string and so purple, I think it should fall off. Yuck!

Yike, that sounds super painful!! I almost cringed from just imagining the pain while reading that. It reminds me of the time I cut the tip of my finger really deep when I was washing a food processor blade. I wasn't being as careful as I should've been, which was stupid, and it all happened so fast. There was blood all over the sink before I even registered what'd happened. I seriously thought it would never stop bleeding, the way it was bleeding, LOL. It was really weird too when it was healing. There was no feeling on one side of where the cut was. Guess it killed a lot of nerves. That sure taught me about washing those blades though. =|

Well, the nail fell off. It actually feels a little better now though because every little touch does not threaten to break it off. I am so paranoid now though! I am giving it some air and then the bandaid comes on. My husbands thinks I am nuts for wanting MLP banbaids, but I am getting them!

It's really bizarre to see a finger without its nail and it will feel weird for quite some time. It is so exciting to see to nail first make an appearance, but it seems like it takes forever for it to come back in fully. But it is good that the nail fell off, now you don't have to worry about catching it on everything. How long are you going to wear a bandaid over the area?
