Ketamine, a very nice large standard female had her kits today! She's paired to my Shoots bv male, Decaf. So, we have.....

Z8-black velvet female, 53g
Z9-standard male, 54g

I don't think mom has a third in there as she never got super big and I was surprised there was a second one in there! I'll get better pictures once the babies have dried off but to ward off mutiny here's a pic to hold ya'll over until then.:neener:

Second.....I find it kinda funny that you named your chinchilla ketamine & paired it with a chin named decaf. sounds like you were hoping for very "calm" chins! :rofl:

ok...cute fluffy baby pictures! I'm hoping mom's milk comes in really fast because the kits are already fighting. I'm about to make up a new batch of milk for Mini's babies so I'll probably give Ketamine's babies a little to discourage the fighting. They're feisty little buggers already! Someone needs to remind them that they're only a few hours old, lol.

:rofl: I can't stop laughing right now! I can't believe I didn't realize that with pairing them! All my black velvets get coffee names(my other bv boys are Folgers and Yuban) and Ketamine came in a group of girls that all got drug names. I think the little standard boy may have to be named Valium.:thumbsup:

Ketamine and Decaf? That's too funny! I had a customer at the pharmacy who named her cats after antidepressants. Maybe these guys could get their own class of drugs? Cialis or Levitra are pretty names for a female.... :tease:

I came back to look at this thread yesterday so i could see the pictures. OMG so cute! My husband had never seen a baby chin picture, and he was surprised they came out fully furred and with teeth. I didn't realize he didn't know that!!!
