Raised spot sized lump on ear

well not too sure if this is something to be concerned about, one of my chins has in the course of a day developed a spot sized lump on his ear, it does not seem to cause any discomfort but this is nothing I had seen on any other chins that I had. He is very mischievous and managed to chew the wire holding the water bottle and drag it in the cage, I have checked but seems to be no scratches so it cant be that

Any help or advice would be great

If it is like a pimple, I wouldn't really worry about it.
If it changes color, size etc, then maybe a visite to the vet would be good.
If it is a soar, put a bit of bag balm on it and check on it daily.
