This is a very interesting article; I saved it for future reference. I hadn't heard the claim that dental problems can result from "too frequent or too large litters," or "accidents" (i.e. wedging teeth in cage mesh).
The side-by-side x-rays are definitely helpful in highlighting the difference between a normal chin and one with dental problems.
Thank you for posting the article. I think I'll have it printed up and give a copy to my vet. She did a super job on Sunni's teeth. Her spurs were ground down last fall and so far she's gained back her weight and is fine.
