met a lady through a friend and she is selling her chins for $125. 2 male charcole chins and 1 male tan chin all brothers a little over 2 months old. Is this reasonable?

This is how I feel about "reasonable" prices. Anything is worth what YOU are willing to pay for it. That goes for cars, houses, clothes, animals, etc. What one person wouldn't pay $25 for may be worth $100 to someone else.

$125 for 3 chins is cheap, generally speaking. But what about their background? Do you know anything about that?

There are so many variables here, there's no way anyone could tell you if you're getting a good deal. If there's a history of malo or something, you may be getting off cheap now, only to have a lot of time, money, and energy, and heartbreak later spent on caring for unhealthy animals.

I took this as there was only 2 chins but is still not a bad deal, see if they come with any supplies, and/or a cage, that would be an even better deal for you.

The 'charcole' raises a red flag to me. I would never buy any chin from a person who can't identify colors of their kits. There are no true charcoals in the US anymore. Its ebony. I would ask a lot of questions before considering these animals.

she didnt tell me they were charcole thats just what color i was saying they looked like....they are 125 each and were in the same cage with mother and father....I called today to see how they were doing and she said the mother had 2 kits,1 was dead and the other one was fine.I asked her how she knows who the father is and she said she didnt....I dont claim to know much about them but I know enough that no matter what color they are or how much they are worth I am gonna give 2 brothers a home. They had nothing to chew on and she was feeding them regular rabbit food from pet store mixed with a fiesta mix chin food.
All 5 of them were in same small dog kennel cage,4 males 1 female so I am gonna take at least 2

Sounds like a byb to me. I wouldn't support that. It will only encourage her to keep breeding. Or I would take the female so she can't continue to breed. Some rabbit foods are ok to feed, but multiple males with a female is a uneducated owner just breeding for the money. I would pass on them or lower the price. The potential for genetic health problems is extremely high. For all you know the males are siblings or her sons that have bred their mother. Inbreeding increases the risk or future problems.
