The mass most likely is not affecting the baby. But there is a chance it could be cancerous, even though my doctor doesnt think it is.

No I'm not pregnant but have a two year old little boy and my pregnancy with him was great no major symptoms. The only thing is I was in my last tri in the summer Gabe was born sept 5th. That was very uncomfortable and the memory serves as a good birth control I'm never going to be very pregnant in the summer again. Good luck to you girls who are and I hope your delivery is quick and complication free.
