I just noticed Eeyore is a little damp around the mouth, and a little on under his mouth, not on his chest but more maybe his neck? in between his mouth and chest, but that isn't very much. He's been acting normal and sleeping, and took half a treat today and ate it. I noticed the poop seemed a little smaller then normal this morning but i'm seeming normal sized poop now. Could if possibly be just from the water bottle and not drool? Or possible the drool isn't anything as severe as malo?

I plan to watch him tonight incase I have to call the vet tomorrow, guess I'm just worried as I've never had anything like this happen.

BTW, I'm think it's drool, It has a weird smell to it, It doesn't seem to be happening anymore or at least as much, as it's not as wet, So I guess by how it and he is tomorrow, I might be calling the vet.

It could be that something is hurting his mouth like a piece of hay stuck in his teeth or gums. If the drooling continues, I would take him to the vet to get his mouth checked. He could be having trouble getting it unstuck or it could be that he has something more serious going on.

Yeah, Obviously I'm hoping it's something small, He only eats hay cubes, he doesn't bother with the loose hay(i've tried all different brands etc... but both him and tigger started to eat more of the cubes and ignored the loose hay). But I'm guessing a piece could still get stuck in his mouth, or a piece of small wood from the chews. I guess we'll see tomorrow how he's doing.

Have to syringe feed him every two hours, He was really dehydrated. It didn't seem like anything was wrong with his teeth, she said the right said was a little off which she wants to keep and eye on. But it wasn't the teeth causing it. So hopefully this feeding itsn't too bad.

Sorry for the many posts.

Is it better to always try and make only the exact amount for the one feeding, or is it ok to store some left over in the fridge? I made a little more then I needed for the one feeding, and it says store in a cool dry place, I wasn't sure it meant the bag, or the remaining mix you have left.
Thanks.
