Thank God for the better news!!! Still sending good thoughts and prayers that everything turns out for the good.
I would lodge a complaint on the nurse. No body - especially someone who is worried over a loved one - needs to deal with bad bedside manners! Maybe you aren't the first she has been rude to. I would speak to her supervisor - maybe you could get her taken off your husband's case, get her banned from your husband's room. Sometimes employers don't know how bad their employees are until they are told. Good luck!

I'm glad to hear it's not as serious as thought. I would issue a complaint! How rude to put you threw the stress, and potentially your husband. After seeing the other nurses, I think she was just being a royal B. If you don't complain, she'll just keep being her lovely self.
Sending good vibes to your husband. I hope whatever he's going threw resolves itself soon.

Erin I'm glad you're husband's ailment wasn't as severe as originally thought. You should definitely find out if the hospital has a Pride line and say something. They can't fix what they don't know about. Even though nurses are under a lot of pressure and understaffed. It's not right to be rude to a patient's loved one.

Is there a customer care center, or patient care type thing? They usually have something like that, a person who you can tell these problems too and who will help you if you feel lost and confused. They were really good with me, since I had the problem of nurses being just awful to me. I would complain. It is a horrible thing to be rude to a person who is with their sick family. Get their names and complain. Make sure to mention that some were nice though...so they don't think you are just a complainer for no reason.

Glad to hear things are looking up, and he is still in my prayers.
