As for someone that has hit economic woes this year already I can tell you that chins NEED good food a place to hide( a cardboard box will do} hay, something to chew on and an escape proof cage, oh and good dust and water to drink. Most of all they need LOVE looks of the cage doesnt matter as long as Chinnies are safe. Thank you for taking in these Chinnie.
They 4 I have live relatively well and what they have doesnt always match and they have boxes to hide in I would love to give them all the cute little stuff but just like kids they dont NEED this it is us that want to give them it. In the wild they wouldnt have matching fleece and wood hay boxes and cute little toys to chew and to cuddle up with.
I wish I lived closer I have about 4 cages that I would part with if I saw someone else had a need.

Hope you were able to find a cage and supplies! Id offer some... but I dont have a chin yet so I dont have any. The Key to clist is asking if they will take 1/2 the amount they ask for then talking them down from there :D

thank you

I want to thank all of the people who were very understanding and unjudging for all their help. Because of your kindness we have enough to get these guys back to a happy comfortable living.
your kindness will not be forgoten and if i can ever help please let me know. i do not have much but my husband and i would never turn away a person/animal in need.

thank you!!

Marishka THANK YOU for trying to give these beautiful creatures a better life. A lot of animals are homeless or worse right now and it's only going to get worse. It is expected that 1.5 million more people will loose their homes this year alone due to the economy. Where are all those animals going to go? Shelters are full to the brim and donations are getting less and less. Right now we ALL need to do what we can for whatever or whoever we can b/c it want be long before it might probably be our turn. Hopefully then someone will offer us a bit of kindness and compassion. As someone who's gone from a six figure income to a gas station job and with out work for eight months between that, I can tell you it's hard and it's getting worse. Remember to be grateful for what you do have while you have it. I was lucky and got to keep my furry family but most people aren't. I thank each and every one of you for doing what you could to help these animals. May God bless you for it! It really is time to get real and let those prevailing attitudes from the old forum go. We need each other right now.
