***Wasn't sure if this thread belongs here or in housing, please move if necessary!***

I am considering getting one of those Marchall ferret playpens for my chins. I also have 2 guinea pigs and I am wondering if I could use the same playpen for both sets of animals. NEVER at the same time! I am more concerned with disease transfer. Would it be safe if I just cleaned it up and wiped down the floor after each play session, or would I need to disinfect it (and everything in it) every time?

I'm curious about this as well, though in my case it'd be rats instead of piggies. Again, playtime not at the same time. It'd be nice to have one playpen they can all enjoy.

i use the same play pen for both my GP and Chins. Of course never at the same time. I take the pen in my room for my chin play time. and I take the pen to my daughters room for her GP play time. So now this question is asked. I am wanting to know to. I never thought it would be a problem.

I have a Martin's Playpen. It's awesome, because it has a lid. I use it for my rats and chins. Separate times, of course.
