Pink eye?

So I might have pink eye, or a severe case of allergies. Either way could I have gotten it from my chins, and/or can I give it to them?

The only way you could of caught them from a chin is if one of them has it. From what I have been told yes you can transfer it to other people and animals. It is best that you keep your hands washed, and do not touch your face. I hope that you get it taken care of immediatly. This information was given to me from my vet years ago.

So I just should not touch them at all until I go to the doctor tomorrow and he says it's not contagious anymore. How would I tell if they already have it.

Chins can get it, watch for red rims of the eyes and wet eyes. Wash your hands when dealing with them and I personally would not handle them until you are healed.
