Pimple like bump on skin under fur

I noticed my chin scratching her left side this morning, then switching to scratching her right side. i lightly blew onto her side to move the fur around and found, one on each side where she was scratching, these skinny pink bumps with a white head on them.. almost pimple-looking. What are these? and since im assuming theyre not good, how do I get rid of them and prevent them?
