pee or in heat

Iv noticed my chin has a yellowish tent on her fur around her vaganal area is that pee? if so is it normal or does it need cleaned? how to clean it?
or is she in heat?

Most likely it is urine stain--what type of bedding do you have for her? You really don't need to clean this as it's pretty normal, if you were showing her, then perhaps you'd want to clean it and if so you can always use unscented baby wipes to clean the area. I personally wouldn't worry about it.

I use carefresh beding. But if its normal than i guess ill leave it. Im not gonna show her.

Check to see if there is a place she always sits on if she also pees there. That is probably your culprit.

I do see in your profile photo though that the wheel that chin is on is way too small for a chin and is going cause back problems after time, which will result in other health problems as well.

She pees all over the bottom of the cage. i was hoping to litter train her to pee in one spot but she is just dead set on going every where. I plan on getting her a flying saucer soon. She came with that wheel. Just waiting for extra money to get it for her

I would take it out until you can get another, no wheel is better than permanent back injuries.
