Paper plate?

I was just wondering if a paper plate is safe to have available to a chin... For inside the base of a house? I was just wondering because mine does not like fleece in the botoom of her fleece house so I was wondering if I can put a paper plate in there for her to sleep on, that way she cant pull it out and if she chews on it, it wont hurt her... So is it safe?

A plain white paper plate (no styrofoam (sp)) should be fine.
