"Oregon Chinchilla Breeders Association" ?

I found this "Association" on Facebook, is it legit? I've never heard it mentioned on the forum, and don't see any actual sign up or web site for it.

They did mention a show in 2011 though.

It was a group of breeders in OR, WA, ID and UT who were working to start a new ECBC branch in OR and the funds raised from that 2011 field day ended up going to the reactivation of the WA ECBC branch rather than the creation of a new branch.
