Lately I have noticed all of my boys are getting really oily fur. I groom them then give them their bath and 2 days later they look just horrible. They are on the Purina Rabbit Chow Show formula and I dust them every other day now. We have had a bit more humidity lately due to monsoon season, but it is far less than it would be on the East coast, only around 15%. Could this be causing it or is the food causing it, or some other reason? I'm stumped.

humidity definitely is a factor. In the summer here my chins fur looks haggish! I try not to do dust baths more than 3 times a week though because it's not good for their skin. but they might just be it Brittney.

They may be blowing fur a bit, too. This time of year I have the chins blow their coats a bit, the humidity makes the fur stand down a bit even if it is only a little higher. We've had a lot more humidity this year than normal along with the hot weather...all my chins look icky the day after dusting even though they get dust at least twice a week.
