i was at a petstore, and saw a poor little chinchilla in an around 20 gallon tank! I was unsure of the gender but It was HUGE! I plan on going to see it (my brother saw it) and asking my parents if I can maybe get it. (they are selling for $100.) i would only if it was a girl, but i have a problem, i just recently bonded my two neutered male and female. Im not sure how they would deal with the new comer if it is a girl. Well after the month long wait of course. should I ask, if it is a girl, or no? She/he is very cute, light gray, not as light as my misty though

Same here,I can't go to Humane Society either.I want to bring them all home.

Me, too. They make me go into a room that has kittens in it when I go to pick up chins. There will be all these little mewers in there, it breaks my heart! Have to keep my gaze adverted...or my husband would divorce me for the animals I would bring home.

Lol I don't feel so bad about my small indoor petting zoo now. There should be an anonymous support group for us some where....Hi My name is Ashley and I have a problem...I currently have 2 dogs, 2 lizards, 2 rabbits and 2 chinchillas but I'm going to get 2 more next weekend...maybe mine is more of an ark than a zoo.

I aviod pet stores that sell animals for that reason. I want to save them all. All it does is give the store a reason to get another
