Normal genitals?

Hi, I've attached a picture of my chinchilla's genitals, he is a 5 year old male but recently his genitals seem to have increased in size just wondering if anyone knows if this is normal? His hair is also a bit patchy on his thighs?

I don't know if it is because he's chewed his fur so short or not, but it looks like his scrotum is a bit swollen. I can't tell for sure just by the picture. Is he eating normally and is his activity level normal for him?

To me the scrotum looks fine, but that's because I look at a fur chewing chin's scrotum often when I do hair ring checks.

The "patchy" fur on his thighs is him chewing his fur.

My first question would be have you don't a fur ring check?

I've had a look and it all looks fine, he's still eating normally and playing normally. He's always been quite a vocal little man but he has been a bit noisier recently especially at night when I'm trying to sleep. I got a new pet rabbit recently so i think the fur biting might just be jealously, just worried about his genitals as they have increased in size but not sure if it could just be his age?He is going through a humping phase.
