New Jersey Chin Sitters

Does anyone know of any super cheap (but reputable) experienced chinchilla babysitters in the Jersey/Philly area? I would prefer that it be in their house versus mine but I just want someone who knows how to care for them. I have 6 chins and it would be 3 cages altogether.

i was kinda hoping for a network of friends in the area so we could alternate "sitting" for each other! it is so hard to trust someone who has never dealt with chins. many people are afraid they are going to bite them or jump out at them.

I do chin sitting if the chins are brought to my home. I live in Central NJ - about an hour from Philly

me too, that would be great! one of my biggest worries when I went on vacation last summer was leaving my boys and I was lucky enough to have a good friend watch them but it really is so much better to have someone who knows what they're doing!

Thanks for all the replies!- I think it's a good idea to get a network of people together as well- it's much more calminng to leave them with someone who knows what they're doing, knows a vet, etc. I've contacted someone but if it were to not work out for some reason I will be PMing some more of you
