new idea`

i've come up with a new idea for gizmos cage...instead of the ceramic tiles on the wires i went out and bought a thin piece of plexi glass which I am going to cover up with fleece that I bought at walmart. Is it safe to glue the fleece onto the plexiglass w/ elmers glue?

It should be, but then you wouldn't be able to clean the fleece as easily in the washer. You might be better off sewing velcro to the fleece and gluing it to the plexi glass to keep it in place.

yep, the stupid but funny thing about this whole idea...is I just finished it...and said to my self..oh crap how in the heck am I going to wash it!?!? So im glad you gave me that idea. I'll have to do that in a few days from now! lol

i would also worry about the plexiglass being porous and if you dont keep on top of it, i am thinking it will start to smell.
i wouldnt go with glue, i would also use the velcro strips and keep a close eye on gizmo to make sure he isnt trying to nibble the plastic
