Okay here is my expierence, Yup Lots of "proccedures" under my belt. Both for me and my daughter.
Relax as much as you can
IF you get motion sickness tell the Dr, he may give you something that will avoid nausea at recovery, best thing I ever did, When you wake up from surgery and all those wonderful meds your body fights it and will make you possibly dizzy and sick to your stomach,
Listen to Nurses and make sure you have an advocate (Mom, friend, Sig other) that can relate to you what the Dr says . Mine always came in when I was to Drugged up to listen and tell me stuff that I never remembered. HAH like DONT pick up anything for a few weeks after major surgery .
Dont wait till you are in full blown pain to take your Medication it will be fighting a never ending pain cycle take your Meds and you will recover Much quicker.
