This is what bloat looks like and just looking at the expanded digestive tract you can see how painful gas in in chins.

Since their poo's are so tiny is a normal intestine quite tiny usually, maybe like a straw?

Here is a necropsy photo on this website of a normal rabbit cecum-you can see it does not look taunt and expanded like the above photo.
