My Zucca's weight

When I rescued Zucca in July he was very thin and hungry! His fur seemed to be shedding all over & he weighed about 550 grams.
Last night I weighed him and my little pumpkin weighs in at 662 grams.
He still has a lot of loose hair on his rear end. i tried to groom him and he wanted to no part of that, so hopefully what is loose will fall out and with consistant dust baths, his coat will improve.
He always seems to be eating so I expect he will continue to gain.

Sounds like he took a turn for the better - see what good food, hay and a lot of TLC can do?!?!

Shel that's great news! Leonard had some loose hair on his bum when he first came to me and I also tried to groom! Leonard is not a fan of having his bum touched at all! Let alone groomed with a comb--maybe he and Zucca are distant relatives!
